• Responsible for leading the Quality Department.
• Responsible for controlling line quality and achieving goals.
• Responsible for finishing quality control and achieving QA goal.
• To attend full time in any buyers audit and confirm the audit pass.
• Responsible for achieving AQL, Independent & Final Inspection Target as per Buyer/Customer requirements.
• Formulate and manage the development and implementation of goals, objectives, policies procedures and systems pertaining to QA/ QC.
• Establish Quality Management System (QMS).
• Ensure Quality in the whole process Fabrication to Shipment in a Knit Garment.
• Quality & Technical guidance, Production Support, Process management and Quality management
• Maintaining liaison with merchandising and production department and making the plan to ensure maximum quality.
• Trained up to Quality person about QA Standard as per Buyer/Customer requirements.
• To make plan to minimize rejection and communicate with production department
• To handle Buyers QA during their final inspection and during floor visit.
• To handle the Technical audit.
• Other task will be assigned by the Management.

• Minimum Graduate in any discipline.

• At least 15 - 20 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):Quality Control/ Quality Audit

• Age 36 to 45 year(s)
• Strong Communication & Interpersonal Skills
• Excellent team playing attitude with pleasant personality.
• Have mentality to work under pressure.
• Good computer knowledge must be required.
