Job Responsibilities :

The Product Support Manager is responsible for leading the Service & Parts team for following key KRA:
    a) Service warranty and breakdown Service
    b) Service business operation
    c) Parts business enquiry generate
Main responsibilities
  • Plan, execute and control service operation by deputing manpower
  • Take the end-to-end accountability for machines under the respective service area
  • Establish a working relationship with the domains stakeholders, understanding their need for services, and managing full-servicelifecycle
  • Lead the execution of service delivery, either with internal or external team(s),
  • Assist in major incident critical situation resolution, providing input and expertise to solutions
  • Monitor the satisfaction of customers and keep internal support metrics, service with supplying parts as needed, to improve on the service delivery
  • Oversee and guide all activities of the parts and service team(s)
  • Establish and implement a continuous process improvement to streamline current processes; maximize service and parts team efficiency and efficacy; and promote increase of ROI
  • Lead to engage and coach by example
  • Maintain parts availability within dealership by maintaining proper inventory
  • Release order of Parts at proper time
  • Maintaining MIS of Service and Parts monthly basis
  • Academic Qualifications : 
    • B.Sc Engineering from any reputed university preferably ME/ EEE
    Experience Required :
    • Minimum 5-8 years of experience in managing service/product support in Construction Equipment Industries preferably Concreting Equipment and RMC business
    Additional Job Requirements :
    • Ability to work in cross-functional, virtual, and OEM teams and manage multiple demands, within and with provided resources
    • Strong leadership skills, time management, decision making, independence and discipline
    • Customer service approach and able to communicate at several levels
    • Strong communication and Presentation Skills
    • Strong Excel and Office suite command
    Salary range :
