Job Responsibilities : |
Role
Sales specialist's role is to proactively manage customer relationships, manage opportunities from current and new customers and close deals professionally in a way that maximizes sales order book and profitability.
What to be done
- Customer relationship management
- Proactively develops and creates customer relationships in his area of responsibility
- Accountable for developing leadership position in market
- Creates and communicates leads and sales opportunities for entire sales team (e.g. cross-selling)
- Ensures customer satisfaction and solving complaints with the rest of other department & team
- Documents the customer and contact information, maintains customer data sales
- Accountable for leads, opportunities, orders and contracts to meet the sales budget and pricing targets
- Validates that the contents of the order received from the customer are in line with the negotiation process outcome, including terms and conditions, quality and safety
- Accountable for hand-over to installation, maintenance and/or engineering with complete and correct information
- Maintains full information of opportunities, tasks and visits.
- Timely and accurate reporting
- Supporting the finance function in money collection.

Academic Qualifications :
- B.Sc Engineering from any reputed university preferably ME/ EEE or
Bachelor of Business Administration in marketing major field.
- Diploma Engineering with direct sales experience of Concrete equipment Mcs

Experience Required :
- 1 year experience for B.Sc Engineer/ BBA in Marketing or
- 3 years experience for Diploma Engineering in ME/ EEE
|

- Strong client base of RMC, Builders, Architects & Contractors.
- Strong communication and Presentation Skills
- Strong Excel and Office suite command
- Dynamic personality with strong winning and high performance mindset
- Ability to thrive both independently and in a team environment
- Self-motivated and a quick learner
- Highly adaptable with a can-do attitude
- Able to drive motor bike and must have driving license.
