LAW & TRUST have an agent banking division through which the organization has acquired multiple bank outlets. These outlets carry out specific tasks on behalf of the bank. The candidate would have the opportunity to master the role of providing banking services while also learning about the banking system.
|
Job Responsibilities : |
- To achieve monthly business target (Account opening, collecting FDR, collecting DPS)
- Overall monitor and supervision of Agent Outlet
- Acquire new business ideas and strengthen customer relationship
- Implement sales strategies for Agent Banking
- Build up good relationship with the branch
- Manage agent outlet effectively & efficiently to drive sustainable business
- Guide and monitor the agent staffs
- Taking feedbacks from the customers and working upon them and Making sure to provide excellent customer service and customer satisfaction
- Resolving customers' complaints and issues if any before making the sale in consultation with the Team Head

Academic Qualifications :
- Minimum Graduate from any discipline
|

- Age 22 to 30 years
- Excellent oral communication and persuasion skills will be considered as good competencies.
