• Efficient production planning and scheduling to ensure full machineries utilization for output.
• Foresee upcoming order status and make planning for manpower and machine for critical order as well to ensure smooth shipment
• Distribute process wise manpower and ensure production achievement against target for on time shipment.
• Analytical ability for daily production achievement against capacity.
• To maintain daily turnover and profit loss analysis
• Sufficient knowledge about production rate and expenditures.
• To prepare hourly, daily and monthly production report and make revenue statement.
• To monitor strongly to reduce production loss time through minimizing rewash and rejection.
• To analyze chemical stock against upcoming order status.
• To find out root causes of less production/rejection and take appropriate action to overcome the situation with production department
• To monitor the process flow of various production sub- units.

• Set & achieve target monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, & yearly strategic marketing plan for Printing & Embroidery.
• Offer price to customers, presentation of samples and response to the query, rate negotiation, order confirmation, sales contract L/C opening, acceptance & resolving after the delivery dispute.
• Follow up on Developments, Samples, and Production.
• Achieve targeted business volume
• Follow-up the delivery status.
• Correspondence with the prospective clients.
• To attain the customer's, complaints & satisfaction.
• Lead the team with an efficient and effective way to attain targets.
• To develop and maintain customers, set up a sales network.
• Collect purchase orders to achieve the sales target in an estimated period.
• To be able to create new clients and to maintain good business relations with the existing clients.
• Generating revenue by increasing sales through successful marketing by using market research, pricing, product marketing, marketing communications, advertising, and public relations.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Maintain full process of order processing from order received to deliver and document to payment collection

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Technology/ Engineering, Graduation in any discipline/ Post Graduation in any discipline.

• At least 10 year(s)
• Minimum 3 years experience in same position

• Must be target oriented, able to fulfill responsibilities.
• Manage existing & new potential customers by personal sales visits, using face to face contact to provide a personal service
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Should have positive attitude.
