Regional Manager will be the In-charge for a particular Division; he is the one who is responsible
to prepare daily schedule with area managers to provide them daily working plan to reach their targets.
Must act as a bridge between the company and its existing Clients and potential Clients to promote the products.
Develop plans for products and promotion and taking necessary action regarding integrated brand management.
Develop and simultaneously create the company`s brand image.
Accounts Manager have to manage all accounting transactions; prepare budget forecasts publish financial statements in time. Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings, reconcile accounts payable and receivable. Ensure timely bank payments, compute taxes and prepare tax returns. Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements; report on the company’s financial health and liquidity. Audit financial transactions and documents. Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary, comply with financial policies and regulations.
Area Manager is the group leader of the sales representative individual group. They must do team
works to achieve their targets. They must analysis and find out the retardation of sales to find out a solution
with the help of top managements. Must be target oriented and able to fulfill needs of management. Market visiting,
client hunting and creating market opportunities. Manage existing & new potential customers by personal sales visits, using
face to face contact to provide a exclusive service to increase the sales. Prepare report as required by management.

Follow-up with existing and potential clients to build a strong relationship to increase the sales. Manage existing
