Job Description / Responsibility:
  • Capable to prepare creative Plan, Furniture Layout and 3D designs by computer-aided program 
    (Sketch up, AutoCAD, 3D MAX, Vary and Photoshop).
  • Strongly capable to prepare creative exterior and interior Plan, Furniture Layout and 3D design independently.
  • The Architect must have strong capability to prepare on Large Office, Residence Design, Retail Shop Design, Restaurant Design, Hospital Design, Club Design, Exhibition Gallery Design, Stall Design and Stage Design with full working drawing.
  • Full concept in Material for Designing and modern design on interior and exterior.
  • Prepared the working drawing for side starting and capability to briefing on side to the Contractors.
  • Attain Client meeting and site visit for presentation anywhere in Bangladesh.
  • Capability to monitoring the project as according to schedule and considering budget.
  • Any design related duties can assign by the authority.
  • ability to work under pressure & capable to handle any situation.
Educational Requirements:
    B. A. interior design or Architecture from any reputed University and Diploma in interior designer or Architect may apply if he/she could capable to meet the interview
Experience Required:
    1-3 year experience.
Additional Job Requirements:
  • Age 25 to 40 year(s)
  • Creativity, imagination, Conceptual thought and excellent drawing skills.
  • An eye for design, including color, and good 3D awareness.
  • Ability to visualize concepts and explain them to others.
Salary range:   25000tk-35000tk.
