Job Responsibilities : |
- Conduct community level meeting and promote self-help sustainable development with specific focus on SDG-2 (Zero Hunger).
- Assist in capacity building of community groups and organizations in planning, implementing task, assessing the progress, as per the PO of the organization.
- Assist community organizations in coordinating with GO/NGOs, Local government Institutes and other stakeholders.
- Monitor the grassroots activities and report to Dhaka Officer regularly.
- Take part in any other task assigned by the organization.

Academic Qualifications :
- Diploma in Agriculture, graduate in Food & Nutrition, Management or any other subjects that fits with the task(s).
|
| Experience Required : |
- Minimum (3) years in relevant sector
|
| Additional Job Requirements : |
- Having working skills in any MFI (Micro Finance Institutions) or cooperatives or any other organization focused on grassroots mobilization.
- Skills in operating computers (MS Office) and other digital devices.
- Good in oral and written communication in Bangla and English.
- Flexible, proactive, and capable of meeting the deadline(s) of assignment(s).
- Multitasking ability, cultural skills, working in clubs, organization, etc. shall be considered positively.
