• Receiving patient/ attendant at the front desk and redirect them to the appropriate consultant or place
• Schedule appointments for patients
• Answer telephone promptly and in a polite and professional manner
• Receiving and sorting daily couriers
• Provide basic and accurate information
• Obtain and enter accurate demographic information of a patient (Name, address, contact number)
• Ensuring the reception area is clean and presentable
• Undertaking any additional responsibilities assigned by the authority

• Age 20 to 30 years
• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is preferred
• Proficiency in verbal and written English communication
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Professional behavior and appearance

• Graduation in any discipline. Educational qualification will be relaxed in case of experienced candidates

• Minimum (1-3) years experience in reception field

• Help patients to avail services
• Give right information to the patients
• Maintaining serial to the patient's file properly
• Give the highest attention to the patients
• Assist in Doctors chamber
• Help patients to understand the prescription and power card.
• Assist in counseling
• Keep yourself an honest and trustworthy
• Maintains positive attitude and need to have cooperation with others colleague, self- motivation, courtesy, and professionalism
• Undertaking any additional responsibilities assigned by the authority

• Age 18 to 25 years

• Good Interpersonal & Communication skills
