Manager (International Client Relations, Telesales, & Marketing)

We are currently seeking an experienced and results-driven expatriate professional to lead our International Client Relations, Telesales, and Marketing teams.

Job Description / Responsibility

  • International Client Relations Management: Develop and implement strategies to enhance client satisfaction and retention. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure longterm business success.
  • International Telesales Leadership: Lead and manage the telesales team by setting clear performance targets, monitoring sales activity, and ensuring optimal conversion rates. Implement training programs to improve international telesales techniques and performance.
  • International Marketing Strategy & Execution: Design and oversee marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, and traditional advertising strategies to enhance brand awareness and customer engagement.
  • International Market Research & Analysis: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends, competitor strategies, and customer needs, using data-driven insights to refine sales and marketing strategies
  • Team Development & Training: Train, mentor, and develop the International Client Relations, telesales, and marketing teams to improve overall efficiency, performance, and professional growth.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as product development and operations, to align sales and marketing strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Track KPIs, generate detailed performance reports, and provide recommendations for improvement based on data analysis and market trends.
  • Brand Positioning & Public Relations: Enhance the company's brand presence through strategic PR activities, partnerships, and networking initiatives.
  • Customer Engagement & Loyalty Programs: Develop and implement customer engagement programs, loyalty initiatives, and personalized marketing efforts to strengthen customer relationships.

Requirements:

  • Diploma degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in International Client Relations, tele sales, and marketing leadership roles.
  • Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles, with a data-driven approach to decisionmaking.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Experience working in a multicultural environment is preferred.
  • Proficiency in CRM and digital marketing tools is an advantage.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving business landscape.
