results-driven expatriate professional to lead our International Client Relations, Telesales, and Marketing
teams.
Job Description / Responsibility
- International Client Relations Management: Develop and implement strategies to enhance client
satisfaction and retention. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure longterm business success.
- International Telesales Leadership: Lead and manage the telesales team by setting clear
performance targets, monitoring sales activity, and ensuring optimal conversion rates. Implement
training programs to improve international telesales techniques and performance.

International Marketing Strategy & Execution: Design and oversee marketing campaigns, including
digital, social media, and traditional advertising strategies to enhance brand awareness and customer
engagement.
- International Market Research & Analysis: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends,
competitor strategies, and customer needs, using data-driven insights to refine sales and marketing
strategies
- Team Development & Training: Train, mentor, and develop the International Client Relations,
telesales, and marketing teams to improve overall efficiency, performance, and professional growth.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as product development
and operations, to align sales and marketing strategies with overall business objectives.
- Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Track KPIs, generate detailed performance reports, and
provide recommendations for improvement based on data analysis and market trends.
- Brand Positioning & Public Relations: Enhance the company's brand presence through strategic PR
activities, partnerships, and networking initiatives.
- Customer Engagement & Loyalty Programs: Develop and implement customer engagement
programs, loyalty initiatives, and personalized marketing efforts to strengthen customer
relationships.
Requirements:
- Diploma degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in International Client Relations, tele sales, and marketing leadership
roles.
- Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles, with a data-driven approach to decisionmaking.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Experience working in a multicultural environment is preferred.
- Proficiency in CRM and digital marketing tools is an advantage.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving business landscape.
