Principal (01)
Qualifications: Master’s degree in Education, Educational Leadership, Management, Business, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 02 years of administrative and leadership experience in a reputed school or educational institution.
Key Responsibilities: Pursue strategic vision and provide effective leadership; oversee academic and administrative
operations; supervise staffs; ensure curriculum development and discipline; ensure compliance with educational standards;
and foster effective parent and community engagement.
Admin Officer (01)
Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or HR.
Experience: Minimum 02 years of experience in school or office administration with proficiency in IT and record management.
Key Responsibilities: Manage daily administrative operations; maintain student and staff records; coordinate logistics;
supervise support staff; and ensure smooth institutional workflow.
Academic Coordinators
O English Coordinator -1 O Arabic Coordinator -1
Qualifications: Master’s degree in English or relevant subject; B. Ed/M. Ed preferred.
Experience: Minimum 02 years of experience in coordination or senior teaching roles.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee and implement departmental curriculum; monitor lesson plans and classroom delivery; mentor
teachers; support assessment planning; and ensure quality instruction.
Teaching Positions
O Bangla Teacher -2 O Math Teacher -2 O English Teacher -2
Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in the relevant subject; B. Ed preferred.
Experience: Minimum 01 year of teaching experience in a school environment.
Key Responsibilities: Deliver effective and engaging classroom instruction; prepare lesson plans; assess student performance;
maintain classroom discipline and positive learning environment; and contribute to students’ overall academic development.
IT Officer (01)
Qualifications: Diploma in Computer Science or Bachelor’s degree in CSE/IT or related field.
Experience: Minimum 02 years of experience in IT support, preferably in an educational institution.
Key Responsibilities: Manage school IT infrastructure; troubleshoot hardware and software issues; technical support for digital
classrooms and e-learning platform; maintain systems; and ensure data security.
Hafez-e-Quran (02)
Qualifications: Certified Hafez-e-Quran with strong Tajweed and Qirat; knowledge of Islamic Studies preferred.
Experience: Minimum 01 year of experience teaching Hifz or Nazera.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct Quran memorization and recitation classes; monitor student progress; correct pronunciation;
and instill Islamic manners and values.
