Job Responsibility :
  • Communicating with the corporate and individual clients and sharing information
  • Talking over phone with prospective customers to expanding the market
  • To provide customers with any type of ticket& travel related services
  • To reserve the airlines ticket & hotel booking or Canceling
  • Growing the Market size and maximizing business revenue
  • Prepare itineraries, routing, quotations, and reservation in GDS etc.
  • Providing visa and other necessary documents to the valuable clients
  • Dealing with customer queries and complaints
Educational Requirements: 
  • Graduates from any recognized University or Colleges under National University

Skills Required:
  • Good command over spoken English (Communicative)
  • Basic Computer skills
  • Microsoft Office Program skills
  • Good command over email correspondence and corresponding etiquette
Additional Requirements :
  • Good etiquette
  • Energetic enough to travel in the city to meet customers in person
  • Patience to sustain the job
  • An outgoing, confident and energetic personality
  • A friendly and approachable manner
  • Should be positive to extra working hour
  • Team player
Salary: 15,000/-Tk. and target Incentives (Negotiable for the Experienced in this field)
Compensation & Other Benefits: Mobile bill

Salary Review: On performance and output

Festival Bonus: 2 bonuses yearly
