Job Responsibility : |
- Communicating with the corporate and individual clients and sharing information
- Talking over phone with prospective customers to expanding the market
- To provide customers with any type of ticket& travel related services
- To reserve the airlines ticket & hotel booking or Canceling
- Growing the Market size and maximizing business revenue
- Prepare itineraries, routing, quotations, and reservation in GDS etc.
- Providing visa and other necessary documents to the valuable clients
- Dealing with customer queries and complaints

| Educational Requirements:

| Skills Required: |
- Good command over spoken English (Communicative)
- Basic Computer skills
- Microsoft Office Program skills
- Good command over email correspondence and corresponding etiquette

- Good etiquette
- Energetic enough to travel in the city to meet customers in person
- Patience to sustain the job
- An outgoing, confident and energetic personality
