Job Responsibilities:
- Develop annual, quarterly, and monthly sales targets.
- Identify new feed mills, poultry farms, fish feed manufacturers, and industrial customers.
- Maintain relationships with existing customers and key decision-makers.
- Generate new business opportunities and increase market share.
- Prepare sales forecasts and market analysis reports.
- Monitor sales trends of spare parts and machinery components.
- Recommend alternative spare parts when original parts are unavailable.
- Visit customers regularly and understand operational requirements.
- Negotiate prices, contracts, and payment terms.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.
- Supervise sales assistants and sales executives.
- Assign sales territories and customer portfolios.
- Conduct product training and performance reviews.
- Monitor daily sales activities and customer visits.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Monitor outstanding receivables and collection performance.
- Analyze sales performance against targets.
- Coordinate with accounts and finance regarding customer payments.
- Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Sales Assistant Responsibilities
- Receive customer inquiries through phone, email, WhatsApp, and direct visits.
- Provide quotations for spare parts and machinery components.
- Follow up with customers regarding quotations and orders.
- Assist customers in identifying correct spare parts.
- Coordinate with warehouse for order preparation and dispatch.
- Ensure timely delivery of spare parts to customers.
- Update customer records and order status.
- Check stock availability before confirming orders.
- Inform Sales Manager about low-stock or fast-moving items.
- Maintain spare parts catalog and price lists.
- Maintain customer databases and sales records.
- Prepare daily sales activity reports.
- Track pending quotations and follow-up status.
- Support collection follow-up and payment documentation.
- Understand feed mill machinery spare parts specifications.
- Assist customers in selecting suitable spare parts.
- Coordinate with technical/service engineers when required.
- Maintain records of frequently used spare parts by customers.
- Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Academic Qualifications:
- Minimum Graduate/Bachelor`s degree in any discipline
Experience Required:
- Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience in feed mill machinery, spare parts sales, industrial machinery, engineering products, or any other relevant sector, with strong customer relationship and sales management skills.
Additional Job Requirements:
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and ERP software.
- Ability to prepare sales forecasts, quotations, and business reports.
- Willingness to travel extensively for customer visits and business development.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Job Location: Dhaka & Any area out of Dhaka.
