Job Requirements Detail
• Production Manager: Proven experience in production or manufacturing with strong knowledge of processes and quality control. Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, along with basic computer knowledge. Ability to meet deadlines, follow safety standards, and work under pressure.
• Assistant Production Manager: Experienced and technical know-how to set up and run modern machines such as Bulmer Automatic Cutting Machine and Sewing Machine using Sunrise Transport System Intelligence for using Apparel - Sewing Hanger Line System.
• QA/QC Manager: Three to five years of experience in QA/QC or a similar role. Strong knowledge of quality standards and inspection methods, along with good leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Basic computer proficiency and reporting ability, with good communication skills and strong attention to detail.
• Cutting Technicians: Independently operate Automatic cutting system. Fabric consumptions, pattern grading. Shrinkage and CAD marker etc.
• Sewing Technician: Experienced and technical know-how to set up and run modern Sewing machine using Sunrise Transport System Intelligence for Apparel- Sewing Hanger Line System.
• Finishing Technicians: Experienced and technical know-how in mixing washing chemicals, and washing technique to achieve buyer requirements on hand-feel, softness, and texture of after-washed knits garments.
• Quality Controller: Good in coordination and follow-up of quality issues from different production processes to line in-charge/supervisors. Knowledgeable on QC file per buyer; Follow up pre-final and final inspection.
• Industrial Engineer: The candidate should have strong analytical skills and knowledge of production planning, process improvement, and efficiency optimization. Proficiency in MS Excel and good problem-solving ability are required.
• Merchandiser: With a degree in Business, Textile, or a related field. The candidate must have excellent communication skills in English, strong knowledge of garment production, and the ability to handle buyers and manage orders efficiently.
• Mechanic: With technical training or a diploma in a relevant field. The candidate should have hands-on experience in repairing and maintaining machines or vehicles, along with good knowledge of tools and equipment.
Candidates for all positions must be highly qualified for large scale knit production and can speak in Chinese Mandarin for easy communication with Buyer.
- At least 3 years or above experience in T-shirt high volume production.
- 30 years old & above but not over 55 years old.
- At least high school or vocational graduate in the technical field.
