Whom are we looking for?

An enthusiastic person who has expert knowledge in textile field, able to solve technical problem by visiting factories, skilled to run the trial in dyeing, printing and digital printing, possess marketing abilities, good communication skills.  

• Must be target oriented, able to fulfill responsibilities.
• Regular follow-up with existing/ potential clients.
• Build a strong relationship with the customer.
• Market visit, client hunt, creating market opportunity.
• Must act as a bridge between the company and its current market and future markets to promote the product.
• Make presentation to the potential customers.
• Manage existing & new potential customers by personal sales visits, using face to face contact to provide a personal service.
• Prepare report as required by management.
• Develop plans for products and promotion and taking necessary action regarding integrated brand management.
• Develop and simultaneously create the company`s brand image.
• Duty Area  Dhaka, Norshindi, Gazipur, Narayangonj.
  

• Minimum Graduate/Bachelor`s degree in any discipline.       

• Minimum  4 years of experience in textile field.   

• Must be target oriented, able to fulfill responsibilities.
• Manage existing & new potential customers by personal sales visits, using face to face contact to provide a personal service.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Should have positive attitude.

1. Independent Contractor: You can work as a free will independent contractor. It means you will be partial part of the Company; however only get paid based on the sales you make. For Example – Think as an example of companies like “Uber”.
   
   There will be a contractual agreement between Company and Independent Contractor to decide the rate of honorarium before conducting sales.
   
   
2. Hired Employee: Company will pay a fixed Salary and based on sales a fixed commission will be given.

• For Independent Contractor: Unlimited Honorarium depending on the sales they make.
• For Hired Employee: Depending on the experience, Salary will be provided. You can mention your desired Salary.

• Experience in Textile Field. Please mention broadly what you have done in textile field. Don’t mention anything short. This section will be main key of selection. More details you will provide, more chance to be in the shortlist. You can write as much as you want about your experience and work you have done in textile field.
• We will not hire anyone beside textile field experience.
