Job Context:

• NIGHT SHIFT 8:00 PM - 5:00 AM

Job Responsibilities:

• Candidates have to make/take outbound calls to USA to sell our products or services.
• We need fluent English Speakers Only.
• No Absenteeism & Late Allowed.
• Follow communication "scripts" when handling different topics.
• Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
• Receiving customers inquiries, selling services.

Academic Qualifications:

• HSC / SSC / O level/A level.
• Freshers are encouraged to apply.
• Education qualification really doesn't matter if you know how to hold a conversation in English.

Additional Job Requirements:

• 18 to 30 years.

Salary range:

• Tk. 60 - 100 (Hourly)
• Basic + Daily Sales Commission, Food Allowance, Transportation Allowance and Attendance Bonus
