Job Responsibilities : |
- Have to make sample according to any hard or soft copy sample according to cum design.
- Responsible for creative & different cum Designing.
- If any design problem occurs in running machine, have to look into it and solve.
- Have to follow that the consumption of stitch length on fabric is right or wrong, if wrong then have to take necessary action.
- Problem or not should be checked and if any problem occurs then have to take necessary steps.

| Academic Qualifications :

| Experience Required : |
| Working Experience: 8-10 years experienced (Knit/ Woven). |
- QC can help to review the development samples with merchandiser and can help to find out the Critical points on the garments which needs to focus factory while developing the samples and upcoming Bulk Production.
- QC can review the PP Samples along with Merchandiser and check all the details are ok following buyer's last given comments and all samples factory is making with same quality or not?
- Comments review with team (Merchandiser and Technician) and share the major issues which may arise while doing production.
- QC can guide factory on pattern adjustment (Grading for making patterns from one size to another size by increasing and decreasing measurements in certain points of the patterns
Request received from NYO).
- QC will closely work with merchandiser for sample program and Technician department to understand the critical path of product and help to handover the QC files for PP Meeting.
- QC can share the Testing Requirements (Fabric shrinkage, Twisting, GSM, Hand Feel, Fabric Quality, Colour-Fastness, and Pilling) to factory and give correct comments to factory to ensure correct fabric for sample and bulk production.
- Facilities: 2 days weekend, mobile allowance, Providing health insurance and 2 festival bonuses.

- Must be Good in English both Oral and Written to communicate with USA team.
- Must be target oriented, able to fulfill responsibilities.
- Manage existing & new potential customers by personal sales visits, using face to face contact to provide a personal service.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Should have positive attitude.
