Educational Requirements
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM)/Animal Husbandry
Qualifications/Experience
- Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree in Veterinary Science (DVM), Animal Husbandry, or a related field is often preferred.
- Experience: Fresher.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Bangla and English to effectively interact with diverse clients.
- Technical Knowledge: Basic knowledge of poultry health management and veterinary products.
- Mobility: Willingness to travel extensively with in assigned territories to meet clients and attend industry events.
- Candidate must be able to ride a motorcycle and having a valid driving license.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales and Promotion: Actively promote poultry/Dairy Medicine, Feed additives to potential clients, aiming to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with Consultant, Feed mill and Farm Owners, poultry farmers, veterinarians, and distributors to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Market Analysis: Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and inform sales strategies.
- Technical Support: Provide clients with technical information regarding Poultry and Dairy Medicines, Feed additives usage, benefits, and best practices to ensure effective application.
- Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports and market feed back to assist in strategic planning and decision-making.
