Job Description / Responsibility
- Oversee daily activities of the luxury residential rooms.
- Maintain and supervise hotel facilities, ensure routine cleanliness and proper maintenance.
- Manage accounts, ledgers, billing, and all financial documentation.
- Handle reservations, check-in/check-out procedures.
- Train, guide, and supervise staff to ensure quality service.
- Coordinate with all departments for smooth operations.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
Employment Status: Full-Time
Educational Requirements
Master’s DegreeExperience Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in hotel, guest house management.
- Strong leadership, communication, and customer-handling skills.
- Must be able to maintain daily accounts, cash flow, billing, and financial records.
- Candidates with Hotel Management background/certification will get priority.
- Capable of supervising hotel operations, maintenance, housekeeping & ensuring high service standards.
- Must be responsible and committed to premium guest service.

Additional Requirements

Job Location: Dhaka
Salary Range: 25,000 – 30,000 BDT
