• Must have minimum 5 (Five) Years experience in river management works like sand Filling, sand filling in GEO bags, GEO bags dumping, river embankment construction, CC blocks construction, Road Construction, Swiss Gate construction and other civil engineering works.
• Project implementation, IPC bill preparation and completion of all works in full coordination with the project authority.
• Must be target works oriented, able to fulfill responsibilities.
• Completion of all works in full with engineers & others to identify the in-depth details of the project.
• It is your responsibility to distribute the work of multiple sub-contractors, labour and management staff to implement the projects and get the work done on time.
• Determine required resources with attention to budgetary limitations.
• Conduct equipment and material acquisition and monitor stocks.
• Recruit contractors and other staff and assign work.
• Manage the work of Sub-contractors, labourers, mechanics, etc. as and when needed.
• Evaluate project progress and create detailed reports.
• Accomplish necessary tasks while paying attention to budget constraints.
• Preparation of requisitions, Money Indent, stock reports and accounts statement of procurement materials and equipments and to head office regularly.
• Prepared of daily works program, daily statement, Materials stocks statements, procurement and equipment’s reports to be Project Co- Ordinator, and head office regularly.
• Project Supervise, Voucher Check, Sub- Contractor bill Check and Signature, Internal Cooperate, Project related discus every day to Managing Director and implementation work to be done.
• Work with Managing Director, Project Co- ordinator, Manager (A&F), Site Engineers, Site supervisor, Site Sub-contractor, Daily Labour & others to identify the in-depth details of the project.
• It is your responsibility to the work of multiple sub-contractors, labour and management staff to implement the projects with completing project implementation by coordination.
• Conduct equipment and material acquisition and stocks, ensure stocked material based on job and manage.
• Providing time to time reports to the Managing Director, Project Co-Ordinator and Manager Ar- Rad Head Office, Dhaka.

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering

• Minimum (5-7) years experience in Civil Engineering

• Analyzing survey reports, maps and other data to design new projects.
• Considering the budget, regulations and environmental hazards during the risk-analysis stage.
• Preparing material, equipment and labor cost estimates and confirming costs are within the budget.
• Forecasting design and construction timeline.
• Completing and submitting all permit applications to the appropriate agencies and ensuring projects are compliant throughout the design and construction stages.
• Managing repair and maintenance of infrastructure projects.
• Ensure the safety of construction sites.
• Any other activities as and when required by the management.
