Assistant Manager/Manager (HR & Admn.)
Job Description / Responsibility:
- Responsible to make and implement HR polices as per local law and different buyers code of Conducts.
- Should have sound knowledge on Labor Law-2006, 2013(amendment) 2015(rules) Factories Act-1979, Fire Prevention and Fire Fighting Law 2003 and ILO convention Relevant on Garment sector in Bangladesh.
- Responsible for entire Recruitment , Selection, Placement, Compensation /Benefits, Legal Compliance/ Code of Conduct, HR Administration, Fire, Health & Safety etc.
- Handling Disciplinary & Grievance, employee relation issues as per law.
- Prepare job description of employees.
- Maintain healthy relation among all departments of factory for better functioning of the organization.
- Communicate with BGMEA, Fire & Civil defense Department, Labor Office, Labor Court, Police Station, Local Influences and Labor Federation etc.
- Capable to deal with all other HR, Admin related matters.
- Responsible for legal issues of administration like-GD Entry and drafts, FIR Drafts, Charge Sheet, Service matter cases etc & coordination and management of various administrative issues.
- To maintain total vehicle management.
- Monitoring overall Factory office operations & looking after overall administration and security functions.
- Responsible for official correspondence, systematic file management, interaction with high profile executives.
- Preparing various reports, Training Needs Assessment (TNA), arranging meeting, power point presentation in Bangla and English, writing of reports, organizing different events.
- To maintain close coordination and liaison with every department and cooperation towards employees for their issues.
- Reviewing and store contracts & agreements files and using them as reference for the future.
- Responsible for carrying out all official correspondence like writing letter, official memo meeting minutes etc.
- Complete all tasks properly & timely as given by management.
- Resolve internal conflicts and develop strong relationships with top Management and effective communication between Company & employee.
- Carry out other duties as assigned.
Pre-requisite to apply:
- Masters in any discipline. Preferably MBA (HR)
- Asst. Manager – 7 years experience in admn. & HR
- Manager –10 years experience in admn. & HR having minimum 3 years experience as Asst. Manager.
Additional Job Requirements:
- Specialized in all kinds of operation for Sweater Manufacturing with a minimum 5 to 10 years experience in reputed Sweater Manufacturing Unit.
- Preference will be given to personnel Management Diploma.
- Good interpersonal skills and strong communication skills in English .
- Ability to work under pressure and adaptive to changes .
- Must be dynamic, Self Motivated and self organized with a positive attitude .
- Computer Knowledge in E-mail, Internet, word and excel is a must with the need to produce reports for management and clients.
Job Nature: Full Time.
