Implement HR policy as per the guideline of the Board for different projects of the company.
Initiate and drive recruitment and selection process
Execute orientation programs
Organize, coordinate and conduct training sessions and people development activities
Investigate and analyze problems related to absenteeism, tardiness, and other workplace disciplines.
Working with line managers, and assist them in installing a comprehensive performance appraisal system
Implement various motivational tools and programs across different functions/departments and in line with departmental objectives.
Assist senior management of the company in managing change within the organization
Preferably a business graduate with HR concentration

Age At most 30 year(s)
Good networking skills, team player, excellent communication skills, superb listener, some counseling ability, conversant with application of psychology in workplace, day-to-day computer usage (i.e. email, internet, MS Office applications).
Experience in organizations with sizable number of field force is a great plus.
