Develop company's service rules, personnel planning. Policies and procedure;
Supervise activities related to recruitment, leave management, promotion etc;
Supervise overall activities of the HR Department;
Generate, stream-lined and ensure adherence to all HR Policies and procedure;
Development and implement methods for measuring the efficiency and effectiveness of system and evaluate it;
Organize and coordinate training programs;
Coordinate with Departmental Heads for setting KPI in line with the business plan and support the performance based Appraisal system
Ensuring job satisfaction across all employee of the organization through proper career progression and motivation to ensure optimum output.
Coaching, Counseling to people in response to any Change Management Strategy
To draw action plan & implement the same in line with the vision of the company / direction of the Management to manage growth of the organization to carry out any specific jobs as assigned from time to time.
Masters degree in any discipline with PGDPM/ PGDHRM or MBA in HRM from any reputed university.

Good knowledge of local employment legislation and country's Labor law (Bangladesh Labor Law 2006), Labor Rules 2015.
Good inter-personal skills & leadership qualities for developing & motivating people to achieve optimum performance.
Good business knowledge to understand Corporate objectives & to be able to appreciate related issues & contribute to the direction of business.
A good knowledge of all specialized HR concepts / tools / systems to educate & support customers with HR best practices.
