To Handle the HR issues of a huge number of employee / workforce
To take key role in HR recruitment process
To develop & implement appraisal policy
To conduct & oversee the day to day administrative function
To ensure security of the premises by overseeing the activities of Security In charge.
To be responsible for the day-to-day operation of Compliance Department.
To implement and monitor different buyers Code of Conduct and various compliance issues.
To support various stakeholder regarding compliance issues, solve problems and help them to prepare corrective action plan (CAP) based on External, Internal, First party& third party compliance audit WRAP,BSCI,ACCORD& ALLIANCE.
Make internal audit plan, conduct internal audit and time to time report to the top management regarding the improvement of the system
Prepare and organize the factories according to buyer?s standards
Any other jobs as and when assigned by the management
Strong Management & worker Control skill & ability.
Strong Leadership power.
Graduate/ Masters in any discipline
Diploma in HR Management/ Compliance from any reputed institution will be an added advantage

The applicants should have experience in the area of General HR & Administrative issues, Performance & Career Management, Compensation/ Benefits, Attendance, Leave Management, Organization Development/ Process Improvement, Legal Compliance/ Code of Conduct, Recruitment & Selection, Training & Development etc.
Adequate knowledge on MS Office package
Excellent Interpersonal & Communication skills
Experience in conducting various Buyer & Compliance related audit WRAP, BSCI, ACCORD & ALLIANCE
