Responsible to Micro-credit program planning, management, implementing under one unit office in the project of Rural Women Economic Empowerment Program.
To prepare annual, six monthly and monthly plan and budget of micro-credit program operation.
Prepare monthly target and work plan mentioning necessary activities under the micro credit program with regular field visit schedule.
Ensure the monthly loan disbursement and realization plan; ensure the loan disbursement by verifying the loan form physically.
Check and review the plan of unit offices, verify group formation, member admission, the loan application form through field visit for selecting the proper and potential beneficiaries with perfect IGA.
Prepare daily necessary vouchers of day to day transaction and complete the posting in cash book, leader and other necessary books of accounts maintain in unit level.
Check all books of accounts and register maintain by the Field Organizer.
Prepare monthly Receipts & Payments, Income and Expenditure and other MIS report relevant with Micro credit Program.
Ensure the internal control of the program.
Ensure implementation of other project activities as per requirements especially "House Loan for Homeless Women" by proper verification of beneficiaries.
HR and Administrative:
Supervise the activities of Field Organizer; day to day financial transaction.
Strictly maintain the leave provision of the field organizer with proper approval.
Evaluate performance of field organizer and other subordinate and time to time reporting to the regional office.
Properly maintain the organizational fixed assets, furniture-fixture, office equipment and other valuable materials of the organization.
Coordinate with the local level administration and focused the activities of the organization in different forums of the Upazila level.
Ensure the monthly, quarterly, six monthly and annual report of the program and submit to the respective supervisors timely.

Must be presentable.
Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point.
