Manage and support the HR and Marketing Executive, Customer Support Supervisors, Sales and Marketing team, Customer Care team and the Print Media department, monitor their performance on a regular basis and ensure that the services of those department are of high standard and meeting the need of the clients in line with company`s policies and objectives.
Play a significant role in planning for all the above departments and ensuring that the desired objectives and results of the company are achieved on time.
Conduct risk assessment on a regular basis and ensure that all sensitive information, data and systems are safeguarded.
Monitor the progress of the assigned departments on a regular basis and report back to the line manager.
Ensure that the staff members of the assigned departments are maintaining professional and quality standards and the guidelines in establishing, developing and maintaining relationship with the clients.
MBA from reputed university.

Representing the company to the clients and other stakeholders, gather information and knowledge about their needs, complaints and manage all those issues in a manner so that Company's reputation and interest is protected.
Meet sales targets on a weekly, monthly and yearly basis for ChefOnline products. To achieve the target it will require to carry out the job at night shift on a weekly or monthly basis.
Generating sales income
Build the knowledge as well as capacity of the staff members on essential and relevant technical and non-technical issues, through conducting training, mentoring and workshops so that they are confident in communicating with clients.
Make and mange courtesy calls on a quarterly basis to all clients.
Conduct training for Admin, Support and Sales team.
Produce progress report and submit to the line manager as suggested.
Any other tasks as and when required by the company and requested by the management.
