Achieving revenue goals by developing and managing food and beverage marketing, sales and product strategies.
Maximizing profitability by directing Food and Beverage operations.
Monitoring Food and Beverage ordering, pricing, receiving and inventory procedures including Mini Bar to ensure the that cost controls are met, monitored and maintained.
Working with the Executive Chef in maintaining product consistency by conducting inspections of seasoning, portions and appearance of food served in the operations; performing necessary follow-up.
Working with the Executive Chef in preparing menus those are customer oriented; changes menus regularly to reflect local and national trends. Carry out menu engineering and plan/change menu accordingly.
Monitoring industry trends and recommending appropriate action to be taken to maintain the competitive status and profitability of the operation.
Able to train staffs on demand based on TNA.
Able to demonstrate new ideas/innovations for F&B outlets.
Culinary Degree, Hotel Management Degree.

Experience should be min 7 years as F&B Manager/ Assistant F&B Manager with stable employment track and following key competencies:
Worked 4 and 5 international branded hotels in Bangladesh or in abroad.
Vast knowledge on different food concepts including Local/Asian/Western Cuisine.
Prepares revenue forecasts for Department based on business booked to date, current and historical booking pace and impact of special promotions.
Prepare P&L analysis and understands the line items impacted by Department and how it affects results.
Creating and managing F&B events/food promotions.
Developing and guiding others in professional growth and performance enhancement.
Able to adjust with culture/current service trend.
Having strong fluency in English.
Able to carry out market analysis for F&B.
Capable to handle ERP software.
