Job Description / Responsibility

Responsible to prepare the monthly, quarterly, half yearly and yearly financial statements. (Trial Balance, P&L, Balance Sheet & Cash flow).
Support the Management in arriving at product costing budgeting, MIS, etc.
Ensure adequate Cash flow to meet the company's needs.
Ensuring that all accounting data/transactions are properly recorded in the Tally/ ERP software before preparation of Monthly Financial Statements.
Preparing and following up daily expenditure statements and Asset and liabilities position of company.
Monitoring of Cash flow & Fund flow as per company policy.
To generate various financial reports periodically.
Check & review all kinds of transactions as per compliance with company policies/laws & regulations.
Responsible to maintain accounts for staff income tax, company taxes, VAT etc.
Responsible to prepare various monthly bills of the company for payment.
Prepare of monthly, quarterly, half yearly and yearly Budget and Budget variance.
Maintaining Fixed Asset Register including stock registers for the company.
Recording and maintenance of the company assets & Accounts.Analyses compliance issues for take necessary steps.
Be fully conversant with the relevant provision in the Tax & VAT Act with rules & SROs issued by NBR from time to time.
Conduct financial monitoring of the office.
Responsible to handle all bank relevant functions properly.
Verifying the compliance of all transactions and their recordings with the financial statutory norms, internal processes, procedures and BAS/IFRS.
Any other activities as and when required by the Management.

Educational Requirements

Master of Commerce (MCom) in Accounting

Experience Requirements

At least 8 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Textile, Group of Companies
