Job Description / Responsibility
  • Job Context
  • ARS Footwear Limited, a 100% export-oriented footwear factory, is looking for skilled and proactive IT professionals to join our team. The ideal candidate should have sound knowledge of network setup, hardware troubleshooting, and day-to-day IT support within a factory or office environment.
  • Responsibilities :
  • Ensure smooth operation of all IT systems, including network and hardware.
  • Install, configure, and maintain LAN/WAN, routers, switches, and Wi-Fi systems.
  • Perform regular maintenance and troubleshooting of desktops, laptops, printers, and other hardware.
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware and network-related issues promptly.
  • Monitor and ensure data security, antivirus updates, and system backups.
  • Provide technical support to factory and office staff.
  • Maintain an inventory of IT equipment and ensure timely repair or replacement.
  • Coordinate with service providers and vendors when required.
  • Prepare basic IT-related documentation and reports.

Educational Requirements
  • Diploma, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a relevant discipline.
  • Certifications in Networking (e.g., CCNA, CompTIA) will be considered an advantage.
Experience Requirements
  • 1 to 2 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  • Tannery/Footwear

Additional Job Requirements
  • Minimum 1–2 years of hands-on experience in IT support, hardware maintenance, and networking.
  • Fresh candidates with strong practical knowledge may also apply.
  • Strong knowledge of networking (LAN/WAN) and hardware troubleshooting.
  • Ability to configure and manage basic network devices.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Windows OS.
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure.
