Job Description / Responsibility

Job Context: RS Leather BD is a fast-growing leather footwear brand with multiple outlets across Bangladesh. We are currently seeking a full-time, office-based HR Executive who will take overall responsibility for managing recruitment, employee performance, staff development, and HR compliance. This position requires a proactive and organized individual who can support both head office and showroom teams.
Job Responsibilities:
Conduct end-to-end recruitment including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Maintain up-to-date employee files and ensure accurate HR documentation.
Enforce company HR policies and monitor their implementation across all outlets.
Track attendance, leave records, and maintain disciplinary procedures.
Handle employee grievances and foster a positive work culture.
Work with outlet managers to evaluate team performance and provide reports to management.
Plan and conduct training sessions, orientations, and employee development initiatives.
Coordinate payroll information with the accounts department.
Ensure all HR practices comply with Bangladesh Labor Law.
Assist management with strategic HR planning and organizational improvements.
Employment Status: Full-time (Office-based)

Educational Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources / Business Administration or any relevant field.

Experience Requirements

1 to 3 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Retail Store, Tannery/Footwear, Online Retail Startup

Additional Job Requirements

Age 27 to 40 years
Experience Requirements: Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience preferred.
Candidates with experience in retail or footwear industry will get preference.
