Job Description / Responsibility
- Job Context
- A readymade Garments Group is looking for a GM/ DGM (Admin, HR & Compliance) who will be responsible for all Compliance, Administrative, and HR Operations related issues.
- Job Responsibilities
- Developing, implementing, and managing of this organization’s compliance standard.
- Prepare and present clear and concise compliance reports to the board.
- Interacting with regulators on compliance issues such as RSC,WRAP, BSCI, CEDEX, OCS, GOTS, CRS, etc.
- Maintaining strict discipline everywhere in the company.
- Preparing an effective or structural plan before executing any sort of audit.
- Following up on safety issues inside the factory & factory premises.
- Timely checking up all safety instruments.
- Proven ability to handle labor force & disciplinary action.
- Direct influence on company direction and labor force.
- Sound knowledge of factory compliance and internal controls.
- Strong leadership communication and decision-making abilities.
- Act as the bridge among management, workers and government authorities.
- Assist team members, merchandisers, and other departments in the right way.
- Keeping a sound knowledge of contemporary issues related to the readymade garments factory.
- Keep contact with BGMEA and Buyer’s compliance Team for day to day actions.
- Implement & Develop of the effective management strategies, leading the team to create good working environment enabling everyone to work with effort & Co-operation.
- Prepare Yearly Manpower plan & Budget.
- Recruitment & Selection of the high profile candidates that need according to desire of the company.
- Run the KPI-based performance management system.
- Formulation and implementation of policies and manuals.
- Communicate with the concerns in Factory for their needs in respect of HR, Administration & Compliance issues.
- Continues follow-up HR & Admin activities with all the Department and ensure in-time support, coordination, and communication with the employees.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor/Honors, Masters
- Bachelor or Masters Degree in any discipline. Preferable in HRM
- Post Graduate Diploma in HRM or MBA in HRM will get preference.
