Job Description / Responsibility
  • Employee Onboarding & Offboarding.
  • Maintain & Keep Employee Personal Files Updated.
  • Preparing Monthly Employee Database and Various HR Reports.
  • Update employee information in HR software & HR database.
  • Take care female uniform, service rule etc.
  • Update and maintain Employee Service Book.
  • Monitor Childcare Center facility.
  • Any other task assigned by the Department manager.

Educational Requirements
  • Graduation or Post graduation in HRM or any other discipline.
Experience Requirements
  • 1 to 3 years

Additional Job Requirements
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Good at MS Excel, MS Word & Power Point.
  • English Language proficiency.
  • Good Knowledge in EPZ Labor Act 2019 & EPZ Labor Rules 2022.
