Job Description / Responsibility

Implement comprehensive HR strategies aligned with the company's business objectives.
Maintain HR processes and initiatives in areas of Recruitment, Training & Development, Performance Management, and Compensation & Benefits.
Maintain the recruitment process by identifying candidates, performing reference checks and issuing employment contracts.
Continues follow-up HR, Admin & Compliance activities with all the department.
Ensure timely license renewals and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Manage budgets and control expenses.
Formulation and implementation of policies and manuals.
Prepare manpower planning, budgeting, TNA.
Implement & Develop of the effective management strategies, leading the team to create good working environment enabling everyone to work with good and positive atmosphere.
Resolve employee grievances and strong disciplinary action as per law.
Perform any other responsibilities assigned by Top Management.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
Ensure proper filing of employee records and compliance documents.
Perform day-to-day HR administrative and operational tasks.
Support on-boarding by collecting documents and tracking new joiners.
Maintain recruitment and employee data in trackers and HRIS.
Assist in compiling data for salary reviews and internal reward programs.
Support employee engagement events and training sessions.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in HRM
BBA major in HRM from any reputed university.

Experience Requirements

5 to 10 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Washing Factory
