Job Description / Responsibility
  • AB Mart Fashion Wear Ltd, a Foreign owned leading name in Garments Industry, is currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of – HR, Admin & Compliance to join our team. This is a key leadership position responsible for overseeing the Human Resources, Administrative operations, and Compliance functions of the organization.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage all HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and training & development.
  • Ensure smooth and efficient administrative operations including office management, facility supervision, and asset management.
  • Maintain strict compliance with all local labor laws, company policies, and industry regulations.
  • Liaise with regulatory bodies, auditors, and stakeholders regarding compliance matters.
  • Develop and implement HR and compliance policies and procedures.
  • Provide strategic input to management on workforce planning and organizational development.
  • The incumbent must have sound knowledge about the foreigner Visa, Work Permit, Security Clearance and Home Ministry related issues and be able to handle the situations on time.

Educational Requirements
  • Master of Business Administration (MBA)
  • Advanced professional certification in human resource management (HR professional certification) is a must
