Job Description / Responsibility
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company welfare policies.
  • Provide counseling on workplace rules, hygiene, safety, and performance.
  • Support pregnant workers and manage worker grievances.
  • Coordinate with internal committees (PC, Safety, Grievance, Anti-Harassment).
  • Conduct awareness sessions and maintain proper records

Educational Requirements
  • Bachelor degree in any discipline
Experience Requirements
  • At least 3 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  • Garments

Additional Job Requirements
  • Age 25 to 32 years
  • Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal skills, self-motivated.
  • Preference: Welfare Training certified by Better Work or IRI.
