Job Description / Responsibility

Haque & Sons Ltd. is the largest Crew Management & Shipping Company in Bangladesh established in the year 1948. Over the past four decades it has risen to become a leading force in its field by adhering to an unequivocal commitment to quality, reliability and efficient management.
We are manning more than sixty (60) vessels accommodating about one thousand ratings and approx. three hundred junior & senior Officers on board Product Tanker, Chemical Tanker, Bulk Carrier, Containers, Car Carriers & Log Carriers and General Cargo, trading world wide.
Responsibilities :
Prepare required recruitment documentation and formalities of crew as per principal requirement.
Prepare required flag docs for crew as per instruction from PIC of individual principal.
Prepare documentation for government formalities including Shipping office, Immigration, Department of shipping etc.
To handle all joiners and off-signers during joining formalities.
To prepare agreement (SEA) for joiners including revised and extended.
To communicate with crew at regular interval and monitor their readiness for joining.

To check all travel docs, STCW certificate, Ancillary course certificates and other documents as required by the company or principal.
To source new officer, ratings from market as per various principal & company requirements and prepare necessary documents for interview.
Arrange seafarer working gear & all necessary items prior joining.
Assist inhouse training program and maintain documentation for the training.
To update & maintain personal file of all Crew members.
Any other related jobs as may be required by the Departmental Head.

Educational Requirements

Master of Business Administration (MBA)
M.B.A. from any reputed university.
Masters in Marketing.

Additional Job Requirements

Age at most 25 years
Manning Experience is highly preferred.
Must be proficient in speaking and writing in English.
Must have good command over MS word & Excel.
