Job Description / Responsibility
  • Fronture Technologies Limited is looking for a driven and creative HR Executive – Recruitment & Retention to join our Operations team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about hiring the right people and building a positive, engaging workplace culture. You’ll own the recruitment process end-to-end while also helping shape how we work, interact, and grow as a team.
  • Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews.
  • Work closely with team leads to understand role requirements and hiring priorities.
  • Develop creative sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
  • Plan and execute employee engagement programs, cultural events, and team-building activities.
  • Be the voice of culture in the company, fostering inclusion, recognition, and values-driven initiatives.
  • Assist in employer branding efforts on social platforms and job boards.

Educational Requirements
  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management
Experience Requirements
  • 2 to 3 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  • Software Company, IT Enabled Service, BPO/ Data Entry Firm, Computer Hardware/Network Companies, E-commerce, Business-to-Business (B2B) Software and Services Startup

Additional Job Requirements
  • What We’re Looking For:
  • 2–3 years of relevant experience in recruitment, employee engagement, or people operations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive mindset with a passion for building a strong company culture.
  • Ability to multitask and handle dynamic work environments.
  • Nice to Have:
  • Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, or ATS systems.
  • Event management or content creation skills (for cultural engagement).
  • Exposure to startup or tech industry cultures.
