Job Description / Responsibility
- Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies to attract, hire, and retain top-tier talent.
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for mid- to senior-level roles, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and workforce needs.
- Collaborate with senior management to align HR strategies with business objectives and support organizational growth.
- Oversee the PMS to drive employee productivity, engagement, and development.
- Prepare and present analytical HR reports and performance insights to senior leadership for informed, data-driven decisions.
- Conduct salary benchmarking and optimize compensation structures to maintain market competitiveness and internal equity.
- Address employee concerns proactively, mediate workplace conflicts, and manage grievance resolution fairly and effectively.
- Ensure daily HR operations, providing end-to-end HR support to both corporate and factory teams.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor/Honors, Masters
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in HRM or related fields.
Experience Requirements
Additional Job Requirements
- Proven track record in corporate HR leadership within Feed / manufacturing sectors.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in HRIS and data analytics.
