Job Description / Responsibility
  • Ensure Awareness programs on company policies, harassment, hygiene, safety issues in the factories regularly.
  • Ensure proper grievance handling from workers, floor staffs & other employees of the factories.
  • Ensure workers, floor staffs & other employees counseling to keep them motivated in the factories.
  • Supervise the Counseling & Welfare Team to Conduct different types of survey and to prepare reports based on the surveys as per requirement of Management.
  • Organize different types of workshops with counseling & welfare team, HR, Admin, Compliance & other related departments to make them aware.
  • Train counseling & welfare team, HR, Admin, Compliance & other related departments to deal with grievances properly according to the labor law & company policy
  • Take preventive measures to reduce grievances in factories.
  • Form different types of workers committee, such as: PC, Safety, Grievance and Anti-Harassment Committees & monitor their activities regularly.
  • Investigate the grievances properly according to the Bangladesh Labor Law & Company Policy.
  • Visit the factories regularly to monitor the safety issues & working environment of the factories.
  • Ensure proper communication with the worker to understand the floor’s environment.
  • Maintain proper channel so that the workers feel free to share any kind of information with counseling & welfare team.
  • Prepare different types of reports & submit to Management whenever required.
  • Prepare reports on factory grievances & the taken measures to resolve the grievances monthly & submit to the management
  • Any other task assign by the Management.

Educational Requirements
  • Bachelor/Honors, Masters
Experience Requirements
  • At least 12 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  • Garments, Textile, Group of Companies

  • Age 35 to 45 years
