Sales Manager - Parent Stock Chicks

Job Description / Responsibility

Lead and manage the sales of parent stock day-old chicks (DOCs).
Develop and maintain strong relationships with poultry breeders, dealers, and integrators.
Forecast demand and plan monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction in coordination with hatchery and logistics teams.
Monitor market trends, competitors’ activities, and pricing strategies.

Educational Requirements

Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM)/Animal Husbandry.

Experience Requirements

5 to 7 years

Additional Job Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience in sales of parent stock chicks.
Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
Ability to travel extensively.
