Job Description / Responsibility
- Position Summary:
- We are Looking for a dynamic, strategic, and technically sound National Sales Manager to lead our sales and marketing team in the animal feed industry. The ideal candidate should possess deep market knowledge, leadership skills, and the ability to translate technical knowledge into sales strategies.

- Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee all local and regional sales operations, campaigns, and promotions.
- Recruit, train, and manage the performance of Sales Representatives across the country.
- Plan and execute sales strategies, including budget allocation, goal setting, and performance tracking.
- Analyze sales data and key metrics to drive business decisions and enhance performance.
- Establish and nurture relationships with key clients, dealers, and distributors.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and pricing strategies.
- Handle customer feedback and complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
- Explore and identify emerging markets and new business opportunities.
- Deliver technical support and solutions to clients in the field and on farms.
- Represent the company in strategic meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
Educational Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree From a Recognized University (DVM is More Preferable)
Experience Requirements
Additional Job Requirements
- At Least 10 Years of progressive experience in animal feed sales and marketing.
- Minimum 2 Years in a Leadership role as a National Sales Manager in a reputed organization within the industry.
