Job Description / Responsibility

Provide all visa and travel related information to applicants and client service
Assist applicants with documentation before applying for visa or perform travel.
Counsel applicants regarding visa application or travel related matter.
Process visa file before applying for Visa or individual travel segment.
Helping clients with travel advice & information.
Providing guidance to clients on travel-related matters like visas, insurance, and health requirements.
Candidate must have good knowledge of Word, Excel and internet tools as well as familiarity with travel-related software applications and tools.
Keep up to date with airlines & travel rules of different countries.
Candidate must have knowledge about, U.S.A, UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand ,and Schengen country visa processing.
Have an active role in promoting the business through social media and other platforms.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Business Studies (BBS)
Bachelor/Honors/Degree Higher Secondary in marketing with similar industry work experience.

Experience Requirements

1 to 2 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Consulting Firms
Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Additional Job Requirements

Age 22 to 35 years
Travel Background Is Must.
At least (02 years of experience) in the Travel field (Travel Background Is Mandatory & Must)
Self-motivated, ability to prioritize, multi-tasking, and ability to meet deadlines.
Tour and Travel Agency
Call Center,Customer Service, QC (Quality Control) of Customer Service Strong interpersonal skills
