Job Description / Responsibility

Formulate and develop products such as detergents, hand wash, and toiletries, aligning with market demands and regulatory standards.
Enhance existing product formulations to improve quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
Conduct and supervise quality control tests on raw materials, in-process, and finished goods to ensure compliance with industry standards.
Maintain proper documentation and ensure adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices and relevant standards.
Work closely with production, procurement, and marketing teams to ensure seamless product development and rollout.
Investigate and resolve quality issues, customer complaints, and non-conformities promptly.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Chemistry, Master of Science (MSc) in Chemistry

Experience Requirements

At least 7 years

Additional Job Requirements

Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in the FMCG industry, particularly in detergent, handwash, and toiletries product lines.
Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in laboratory equipment and testing procedures.
Sound understanding of regulatory and quality standards applicable to FMCG and toiletries products.
Good communication and documentation skills.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
