Job Description / Responsibility

Job Overview: ExploreX Global is looking for an experienced and dynamic Assistant Manager – Operations to oversee the day-to-day activities of our Study Abroad unit. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in education consultancy (USA and Australia), excellent leadership and organizational skills, and a passion for helping students achieve their international education goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and support the study abroad team to ensure smooth operations and high-quality service delivery.
Monitor team performance using KPIs and provide regular reports to senior management.
Build and maintain relationships with international universities, institutions, aggregator platforms, and other relevant stakeholders.
Guide students in selecting appropriate courses, universities, and career pathways based on their academic background and career aspirations.
Handle student queries, resolve issues, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional activities, admission days, seminars, and outreach events.
Stay updated on international admission policies, visa procedures, and education trends.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor/Honors, Masters
