Job Description / Responsibility

Provide detailed and accurate counselling to students regarding courses, universities, entry requirements, application procedures, and visa guidance for UK, Australia, Denmark, Sweden, and Malaysia.
Conduct initial assessments of students' academic profiles and advise suitable options accordingly.
Assist students throughout the application and admission processes including documentation, university applications, and visa applications.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of changes in admission and visa requirements for the target countries.
Build strong relationships with students, parents, and university representatives.
Participate in promotional activities like education fairs, seminars, and webinars.
Maintain accurate records of student interactions and application statuses in CRM systems.
Meet monthly targets for student counselling and university applications.
Ensure a high conversion rate from inquiry to application to enrolment.
Provide post-application and pre-departure support to students.
Handle any other responsibilities assigned by the management.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor/Honors

Experience Requirements

1 to 3 years

Consulting Firms, Immigration and Education Consultancy Service, Immigration/Visa Processing
