Job Description / Responsibility
- Short Summary
- The Assistant Executive/ Executive – R&D and Training supports the research, formulation, and education functions of Bio-Xin Cosmeceuticals. This position plays a key role in assisting product innovation and ensuring that internal teams and partner skincare centers are well-informed about product science, usage protocols, and treatment techniques.
- Key Responsibilities
- 1. Research & Product Development Support
- Assist in the development and improvement of skincare products through formulation trials and lab testing.
- Conduct ingredient research focusing on clinically proven and European-grade actives.
- Maintain records of formulation activities, trial results, and technical specifications.
- Support lab activities such as pH testing, stability testing, and compatibility studies.
- 2. Documentation & Compliance
- Assist in the preparation of product documentation, technical files, and test reports.
- Ensure accurate data recording and compliance with internal quality standards.
- Help in organizing ingredient profiles, MSDS sheets, and other regulatory-related documents.
- 3. Training Assistance
- Contribute to the creation of training content including product presentations, manuals, treatment protocols, and usage guides.
- Help conduct internal training sessions for sales teams, skincare consultants, and clinic staff.
- Provide technical assistance during product demonstrations, workshops, and onboarding of new skincare partners.
- 4. Cross-Departmental Collaboration
- Coordinate with the marketing and customer support teams to provide technical clarity on product features and application.
- Collect and compile feedback from training participants and partner clinics to support continuous improvement.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Pharmacy, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Chemistry, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Biochemistry
Experience Requirements
- At least 1 year
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
- Pharmaceutical/Medicine Companies
Additional Job Requirements
- Age at least 24 years
- Fundamental understanding of skincare formulations and ingredient functions.
- Strong communication skills and ability to assist in public speaking or technical training.
- High attention to detail with excellent documentation habits.
- Quick learner with a passion for skincare and cosmetic innovations.
- Proficient in MS Office and basic lab documentation tools.
