Job Description / Responsibility
  • Develop and formulate product prototypes for Home & Personal Care products based on client and market requirements.
  • Communicate effectively with suppliers to source raw materials, gather specifications, and ensure quality standards.
  • Collaborate with clients to present product concepts, gather feedback, and adjust formulations accordingly.
  • Conduct lab tests and document product performance, stability, and safety assessments.
  • Research new product trends, ingredients, and innovative solutions to enhance the product portfolio.
  • Prepare technical data sheets, formulation guidelines, and product specifications.
  • Maintain accurate records of formulations, lab testing results, and product samples.
  • Provide technical support to the sales team during client meetings and product presentations.
  • Stay updated on industry regulations and ensure all products comply with regulatory standards.

Educational Requirements
  • Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Chemistry, Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm)
Experience Requirements
  • At least 3 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  • Trading or Export/Import, Cosmetics/Toiletries/Personal Care, Group of Companies

Additional Job Requirements
  • B.Sc. in Chemistry or B.Pharm in Pharmaceuticals.
  • 3-4 years of experience in product development, R&D, or formulation within the Home & Personal Care sector.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with suppliers and clients.
  • Proficiency in lab equipment usage and formulation techniques.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and adhere to deadlines.
  • Analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail.
  • Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to product innovation.
