Job Description / Responsibility
  • Company Overview:
  • China Construction Seventh Engineering Division Corp. Ltd (CSCEC7) is executing multiple large-scale infrastructure projects in Bangladesh. We are currently seeking a Legal Assistant to join our dynamic team.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in daily legal operations, including contract review, legal documentation, and compliance management.
  • Participate in project contract negotiations to ensure terms align with company interests and local regulations.
  • Monitor updates in Bangladeshi legal policies and provide risk assessment/mitigation recommendations.
  • Support dispute resolution/litigation processes and coordinate with external counsel when required.
  • Perform other legal-related tasks as assigned.

Educational Requirements
  • Bachelor of Law (LLB), Master of Law (LLM)
Experience Requirements
  • 1 to 3 years

Additional Job Requirements
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience (exceptional fresh graduates may be considered).
  • Familiarity with international construction contracts (e.g., FIDIC) is a strong advantage.
  • Professional fluency in English (written & spoken) with proven legal drafting skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
