Job Description / Responsibility
  • Demonstrated Knowledge on urban local government system and policy is essential.
  • Knowledge of Legal Jurisdictions, scope of public organization/agencies is desirable.
  • Technical knowledge of policy, Laws, Acts, Regulations, Standards and codes related to urban and environmental planning is essential.
  • Knowledge on collaboration mechanism across city, regional and National level Institutions is desirable.

Educational Requirements
  • Master of Science (MSc) in Law, Master of Science (MSc) in Public Administration, Master of Science (MSc) in Political Science
Experience Requirements
  • At least 15 years

Additional Job Requirements
  • A min15 years of General Work Experience is essential of which 10 (ten) years in the relevant field.
  • Work experience in Institutional capacity development is essential.
  • Work experience in the Institutional collaboration and systems thinking in developing Governance model is required.
  • Work experience of working with International Donor organizations is desirable.
  • Work experience in policy and program design for good governance and accountability is required.
