Job Description / Responsibility
- Position Summary:
- Provide legal advice to the senior management on a broad range of legal matters including furnishing legal opinion/advice on various matters of the company, relating to its operation. Support the business with legal communications to clients and other organizations in support of compliance and customer relations. Ensure compliance with relevant and up-to-date laws, rules, and regulations, and actively advising on effective risk management for the company to make informed strategic choices.
- Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and assess relevant laws, rules, regulations, and policies and provide observations and recommendations to the company
- Vet and furnish opinions on various Contracts, Agreements, and Memorandum of Understanding entered into between the company and third parties
- Manage outside counsel on a range of legal matters, including litigation, regulatory compliance, and corporate transactions
- Render legal opinion on issues having impacts on legal, regulatory, and business issues and compliance of the Company including but not limited to matters relating to the Insurance Act, Civil Act, Contract Act, Digital Securities Act, Penal Code & Criminal Act, Tax Law, and also Labor Act
- To Draft Plaints, petition written statements, written objections, replies to relevant show cause and all other drafting
- Knowledge of land law Agreement, Registration, Mutation, Land-Acquisition, Civil case related) inheritance law, Muslim law & Hindu law
- To prepare all Legal deeds & documents
- To communicate with the clients and lawyer as & when required
- To collect court and office related papers for different cases like Deeds, Maps, Porcha, Dakhila, mutation from concern Tohsil offices/Land offices
- To conduct Case filing & related task.
- Any special assignment provided by the management.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Law (LLB)
- Enrolled at Bar Council.
Experience Requirements
- 2 to 3 years
